განათლების სფეროში არსებობს პროგრამა – Erasmus+, რომელიც აერთიანებს ხალხს სხვადასხვა ქვეყნებიდან, ერთად სწავლისა და მუშაობისათვის. პროგრამა არ არის მხოლოდ ევროკავშირის ქვეყნებისთვის, არამედ მსოფლიოს სხვა ქვეყნების და ევროკავშირის წევრობის მსურველი ქვეყნებისთვის, როგორიც საქართველოა.

ამჟამად საქართველო არ არის ევროკავშირის ნაწილი ან ასოცირებული Erasmus+-თან, თუმცა, ეს არ ნიშნავს, რომ ის ყურადღების მიღმაა დარჩენილი. საქართველო აქტიურად მონაწილეობს Erasmus+ -ის საერთაშორისო განზომილებაში.

რას ნიშნავს ეს? იმას, რომ საქართველოს შეუძლია ისარგებლოს ისეთი შესაძლებლობებით, როგორიცაა საერთაშორისო მობილობა, სწავლა სხვა ქვეყნების მაგალითზე და ერთად მუშაობა ისეთ მნიშვნელოვან გლობალურ საკითხებზე, როგორიცაა კლიმატის ცვლილება და ტექნოლოგიები.

Erasmus+ ეხმარება საქართველოს და მის მსგავს ქვეყნებს და აძლევს მათ შესაძლებლობას დაუკავშირდნენ ევროპულ ორგანიზაციებს, ისწავლონ ახალი უნარები და დაამყარონ ურთიერთობები ადამიანებთან მთელი მსოფლიოდან. ეს არ ეხება მხოლოდ განათლებას – არამედ საქართველოს გაძლიერებას და მის გლობალურ კავშირებსაც.

Erasmus+-თან  თანამშრომლობით საქართველოს შეუძლია გააუმჯობესოს განათლების სისტემა, შექმნას მეტი სამუშაო ადგილი, ასევე, დაეხმაროს ქართველ ახალგაზრდებს, გაეცნონ სხვადასხვა კულტურასა და იდეებს.

მარტივად რომ ვთქვათ,  Erasmus+ ჰგავს დიდ საერთაშორისო მეგობრობის პროგრამას, რომელიც ეხმარება საქართველოსა და სხვა ქვეყნებს გაიზარდონ და ისწავლონ ერთად, რაც მსოფლიოს ყველასათვის უკეთეს ადგილად აქცევს.
