Erasmus+ ხელს უწყობს სტუდენტებისა და დოქტორანტების გაცვლის კოორდინაციას. Erasmus+-ის მეშვეობით საერთაშორისო განათლებაში ჩართვა საშუალებას აძლევს სტუდენტებს გააძლიერონ კომუნიკაციის, ენისა და ინტერკულტურული შესაძლებლობები, ასევე განავითარონ სხვა ღირებული რბილი უნარები. სტუდენტებს ასევე შეუძლიათ საზღვარგარეთ სწავლაში გატარებული პერიოდი შეუთავსონ სტაჟირებას სამუშაო გამოცდილების მისაღებად. საზღვარგარეთ სწავლის ეს შესაძლებლობები ხელმისაწვდომია სტუდენტებისთვის, რომლებიც აგრძელებენ ბაკალავრის და მაგისტრატურის მოკლე საფეხურის დონეს, ასევე დოქტორანტობის კანდიდატებს. 

ხანგრძლივობა – საზღვარგარეთ გრძელვადიანი სწავლის პერიოდი შეიძლება გაგრძელდეს მინიმუმ 2 და მაქსიმუმ 12 თვე. სტუდენტებს ასევე შეუძლიათ ჩაერთონ შერეული მობილობაში (ვირტუალური პერიოდის შერწყმა ფიზიკურ მოკლე ან გრძელვადიან მობილობასთან). მოკლევადიანი ფიზიკური მობილობა საზღვარგარეთ, როგორც შერეული მობილობის ნაწილი, გრძელდება მინიმუმ 5 და მაქსიმუმ 30 დღე.

სტუდენტებს შეუძლიათ ისარგებლონ საზღვარგარეთ გაცვლითი Erasmus+ პროგრამით რამდენჯერმე, როგორც სტუდენტი, ასევე სტაჟიორი, მაგრამ საზღვარგარეთ მთლიანი დრო (საზღვარგარეთ სწავლის პერიოდების ჩათვლით) არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს 12 თვეს სწავლის ერთი ციკლის განმავლობაში (1 საფეხური – ბაკალავრიატი ან შესაბამისი, მე-2 ციკლი – სამაგისტრო ან შესაბამისი, მე-3 საფეხური – დოქტორანტი ან შესაბამისი). 

პირობები – საზღვარგარეთ ერასმუს+ პროგრამით სარგებლობისათვის აუცილებელია იყოთ ჩარიცხული უმაღლეს საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებაში აქტიური და გქონეთ აქტიური სტუდენტის სტატუსი. სტუდენტის საზღვარგარეთ სწავლის პერიოდი უნდა შეესაბამებოდეს მის დიპლომთან დაკავშირებული სწავლისა და პიროვნული განვითარების საჭიროებებს და იყოს იმ სასწავლო პროგრამის ნაწილი, რომელსაც მიჰყვება მშობლიურ უნივერსიტეტში. აუცილებელია, რომ გამგზავნ და მიმღებ დაწესებულებას შორის იყოს ინსტიტუციური შეთანხმება, Erasmus+ პროგრამის ფარგლებში. ასევე, ორივე დაწესებულება უნდა ფლობდეს ერასმუსის ქარტიას უმაღლესი განათლებისთვის (თუ ისინი იმყოფებიან ევროკავშირის წევრ ქვეყნებში ან ერასმუს + პროგრამასთან ასოცირებულ მესამე ქვეყნებში). მესამე ქვეყნების ინსტიტუტები, რომლებიც არ არიან ასოცირებული ერასმუს+ პროგრამასთან, კისრულობენ ქარტიის პრინციპების ვალდებულებას ინსტიტუციურ შეთანხმებებზე ხელმოწერისას. (საქართველო არის მესამე ქვეყანა, რომელიც არ არის ასოცირებული Erasmus+ პროგრამასთან).

აკადემიური აღიარება – საზღვარგარეთ სწავლის პერიოდამდე: სტუდენტმა, გამგზავნმა და მიმღებმა უმაღლეს საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებებმა ხელი უნდა მოაწერონ სასწავლო ხელშეკრულებას, რათა უზრუნველყოს საზღვარგარეთ გაცვლითი პროგრამის გამჭვირვალე და ეფექტური მომზადება, ასევე შეთანხმდნენ იმაზე, თუ როგორ იქნება აღიარებული წარმატებით განხორციელებული მობილობა. ეს დოკუმენტი ასახავს სხვადასხვა მხარის უფლებებსა და მოვალეობებს. სტუდენტები იღებენ Erasmus+ სტუდენტურ ქარტიას, სადაც განმარტავენ მის უფლებებსა და მოვალეობებს საზღვარგარეთ სწავლის პერიოდთან დაკავშირებით.

საზღვარგარეთ სწავლის პერიოდის შემდეგ: მიმღებმა უმაღლესმა საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებამ უნდა მიაწოდოს სტუდენტს და მის გამომგზავნ დაწესებულებას შეთანხმებული პროგრამის დასრულების დამადასტურებელი ქულების ჩანაწერი და დაუდასტუროს შედეგები. გამგზავნმა უმაღლესმა საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებამ უნდა აღიაროს კრედიტები, როგორც ეს შეთანხმებულია სასწავლო ხელშეკრულებაში მობილობამდე და ჩაითვალოს ისინი სტუდენტის ხარისხში, ყოველგვარი დამატებითი მოთხოვნების გარეშე.

ფინანსური მხარდაჭერა – სტუდენტი იღებს Erasmus+ გრანტს, მისი მგზავრობისა და ცხოვრების ხარჯების ასანაზღაურებლად. ეს შეიძლება განსხვავდებოდეს მის ქვეყანასა და დანიშნულების ქვეყანას შორის ცხოვრების ხარჯების განსხვავებულობის, გრანტზე განაცხადის შეტანილი სტუდენტების რაოდენობის, ქვეყნებს შორის მანძილისა და სხვა გრანტების ხელმისაწვდომობის მიხედვით.

Erasmus+ პროგრამაში მონაწილე სტუდენტი თავისუფლდება სწავლის, რეგისტრაციის, გამოცდებისა და მიმღები დაწესებულების ლაბორატორიებსა და ბიბლიოთეკებზე წვდომის გადასახადისგან. დაზღვევის ან სტუდენტური კავშირის წევრობის მცირე გადასახადი შეიძლება კვლავ იყოს გამოყენებული. ზოგიერთ სტუდენტმა შეიძლება მიიღოს დამატებითი გრანტები მისი დაწესებულებიდან, მთავრობისგან ან სხვა წყაროებიდან.

როგორ მიიღოთ მონაწილეობა – სტუდენტებმა უნდა გააკეთონ განაცხადი თავიანთი უმაღლესი საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებში არსებულ საერთაშორისო ან Erasmus+ ოფისებში. სტუდენტი უნდა შეირჩეს გამგზავნის ინსტიტუტის მიერ სამართლიანად და გამჭვირვალედ.

ფიზიკური შეზღუდვის, ფსიქიკური ან ჯანმრთელობასთან დაკავშირებული პრობლემების მქონე სტუდენტებისთვის – სტუდენტებს ფიზიკური, ფსიქიკური ან ჯანმრთელობასთან დაკავშირებული პრობლემების მქონე სტუდენტებს შეუძლიათ მიმართონ დამატებით დაფინანსებას თხოვნით მობილობის პროგრამაში შერჩევის შემდეგ.

Erasmus+ Mobility for Students

 

Erasmus+ facilitates the coordination of student and doctoral candidate exchanges. Engaging in international studies through Erasmus+ allows students to enhance their communication, language, and intercultural abilities, as well as develop valuable soft skills. Students can also combine their period spent studying abroad with a traineeship to gain work experience. These study abroad opportunities are accessible to students pursuing short cycle Bachelor and Master levels, as well as doctoral candidates.

Duration – Long-term study period abroad can last a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months. Students can also do a blended mobility (combining a virtual period with a physical short or long-term mobility). The short-term physical presence abroad as part of blended mobility lasts a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days.

Students can benefit of an exchange abroad with Erasmus+ multiple times, either as a student or as a trainee, but total time abroad (study abroad periods included) may not exceed 12 months within one cycle of study ( 1st cycle – Bachelor or equivalent, 2nd cycle – Master or equivalent, 3rd cycle – Doctoral or equivalent). 

Conditions – To study abroad with Erasmus+, students must be registered in a higher education institution and enrolled in studies leading to a recognized degree or tertiary-level qualification. Student’s period of study abroad must be relevant for his/her degree-related learning and personal development needs, and be part of the study programme that one is following. It is crucial that the sending institution and the receiving institution must have an inter-institutional agreement between them for a student to study there with Erasmus+. Both institutions must also hold the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (if they are in EU Member States or third countries associated with the Erasmus+ programme). Institutions from third countries not associated with the Erasmus+ programme commit to the principles of the Charter when signing the inter-institutional agreements. (Georgia is a third country not associated with the Erasmus+ programme).

Academic recognition – Before the study abroad period: Students, sending and receiving higher education institutions must sign a Learning Agreement for Studies to ensure a transparent and efficient preparation of the exchange abroad, as well as to agree on how activities successfully completed abroad will be recognised. This document sets out the rights and responsibilities of the various parties. Students receive the Erasmus+ Student Charter, explaining his/her rights and obligations with respect to his/her period of study abroad.

After the study abroad period: The receiving higher education institution must provide a student and his/her sending institution with a transcript of records confirming that the agreed programme has been completed and acknowledge the results. Sending higher education institutions must recognize the credits as agreed in the Learning Agreement before the mobility and count them towards the student’s degree, without any further requirements. 

Financial support – Student receives an Erasmus+ grant as a contribution to his/her travel and subsistence costs. This may vary according to differences in living costs between his/her country and the destination country, the number of students applying for a grant, the distance between countries and the availability of other grants.

An Erasmus+ student is exempted from fees for tuition, registration, examinations, and charges for access to laboratories or libraries at the receiving institution. Small fees for insurance or student union membership may still apply. Some students may be eligible for additional grants from his/her institution, government or other sources.

How to apply – Students can apply through the international or Erasmus+ office of your higher education institution. Student should be selected by his/her sending higher education institution in a fair and transparent way.

Arrangements for students with physical, mental or health-related conditions – Students with physical, mental or health-related conditions may apply for additional funding after they have been selected for a mobility period.
